This engagement ring presents a 1.00 ct. to 1.50 ct. Round Cut Diamond as a center stone.

The hoop of the ring - the shank - is split - hence Split Shank. The prongs that hold the stone at its girdle are interlaced in the classic manner. However, there is also a decorative, yet functional, ring of gold that encircles the prongs at about the level of the stone's pavillion - lower portion. Shown here in 18 Kt. White gold, this is a singular piece of jewelry - a rare find.
